In recent decades, particularly acute problem of osteoporosis, its prevalence, due to an aging population, growth, improving capacities of diagnosis, the negative impact on the duration and quality of life, etc. [1, 9, 13, 43].

The relevance of osteoporosis (OP) at the present stage due to both the change of demographics (increasing life expectancy and the number of persons older than 50 years), and the introduction of new diagnostic and treatment technology (osteodensitometry, biochemical markers of bone metabolism, microcomputer tomography), allowing detect early pathological changes of the musculoskeletal system and in a timely manner to recommend therapeutic and preventive measures to ensure effective risk reduction osteoporotic fractures [1,4,6,11,17, 19, 21].

It is a known fact disappointing increase from year to year the number of diabetics worldwide. This insidious disease development of both macro-and microvascular complications. The risk of cardiovascular mortality in patients with diabetes is 2 times higher than in those without diabetes.

Osteoporosis - a progressive skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and a violation of the architectonics of the bone tissue, leading to an increase in bone fragility and fracture risk [3].
