 In American state Iowa it is revealed new kind a virus of flu A/H3N2 (S-OtrH3N2). There is flu A/H3N2 and in Russia. In Belarus while not influenzal respiratory viruses are extended. Whether "the new" flu will reach us?
On semiology flu A/H3N2 is similar to a usual seasonal flu — high temperature, cough, weariness, pains in a body, appetite loss. This virus of a flu contains components of viruses of a flu of the person, birds, flu H1N1 and a flu of pigs.
"All facts of transfer of this flu were the facts of transfer from the person to the person, and distribution, apparently, is limited; any subsequent case of disease last week it has not been revealed. In this connection by a new virus of a flu it has not been registered cases of serious disease or death", — informs the Republican center of hygiene, epidemiology and public health.
In Belarus as of November, 28th disease SHOUT is at not epidemic level. Results of laboratory researches of clinical samples testify to primary distribution of not influenzal respiratory viruses (Rs-viruses, adenoviruses, paraflu viruses) in quality etiological factors of respiratory diseases.
All is quiet and in Europe where low intensity of epidemic activity of a flu is marked. At the same time Rospotrebnadzor informs on single instances of allocation of viruses of flu А/Н1N1 (pdm09), А/Н1N1, А/Н3N2 and a flu of Century.
As Elena Fisenko hasn'ted managing epidemiological department of the Minsk city center of hygiene and epidemiology, occurrence of this or that virus in itself means nothing. According to the expert, the virus of a flu revealed in the USA, is a standard virus which continually shows itself: "For example, A/H1N1 earlier circulated, but at us for a long time itself didn't show. When has returned with any new properties, the susceptibility was to it big enough. Virus A/H3N2 didn't leave our widths. As to the forecast, it is necessary to wait for the conclusion the CART. While for this purpose there is not enough information".
Elena Fisenko considers that virus occurrence during this period in the USA doesn't threaten the population of Belarus with anything, as that the virus has gained in strength also speed, it is necessary about half a year. And it will be already other season. Besides, kind a virus is a part of vaccines with which impart this year.
This year in Belarus it is planned to impart from a flu of 30 % of inhabitants, including 560 thousand persons in Minsk. Under the data received following the results of last season, it is confirmed that vaccination against a flu more than on 90 % reduces risk of disease and guarantees protection against the heavy and complicated forms.
Whether however can so to happen, what A/H3N2 nevertheless will gain in strength, and the world will be captured by a pandemic?
Elena Fisenko has reminded that the pandemic is a universal distribution of the same flu. If to start with this definition without dependence from weight of disease, such can happen. However display of this process can be a miscellaneous. For example, we can it and not notice. Elena Fisenko is assured that in this epidemic season for our region the flu which has proved in the USA, won't play a significant role.
